About Role:

We're actively seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Office Assistant in Dubai for well known Airlines. In this pivotal role, you'll play a crucial part in providing administrative support and ensuring the seamless operation of various office tasks.


Responsibilities:

Here are the main things you will responsible:


  1. Extend a warm and professional welcome to visitors entering the office, offering assistance as needed.
  2. Manage incoming calls, take accurate messages, and direct calls to the appropriate personnel.
  3. Respond promptly and professionally to emails and other correspondence.
  4. Aid in scheduling appointments, meetings, and arranging conference rooms for staff members.
  5. Monitor and replenish office supplies inventory, placing orders and restocking as necessary.
  6. Provide assistance in the preparation and organization of documents, reports, and presentations.
  7. Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages, ensuring timely distribution to recipients.
  8. Contribute to office cleanliness and organization, including upkeep of common areas and meeting rooms.
  9. Support basic accounting tasks like invoice processing and expense reconciliation.
  10. Fulfill additional administrative duties as delegated by the office manager or supervisor.


Requirements:

Here are the qualifications and skills required:


  • High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
  • Previous experience in an office or administrative setting is preferred.
  • Proficiency and knowledge to use MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational prowess and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent attention to detail and determination & commitment to accuracy.
  • Capability to work independently as well as within a team or in a group.
  • Positive outlook and eagerness to acquire new skills and knowledge.
