Job Purpose

Lead product planning and execution throughout the Product Lifecycle.

Gather and prioritize product and customer requirements, defining the product vision.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve revenue and customer satisfaction goals, ensuring alignment with company strategy.

Roles And Responsibilities

Utilize data to optimize operations by identifying issues, risks, and opportunities for improvement.

Continuously review processes to ensure maximum efficiency and effectiveness.

Propose innovative solutions to enhance customer experience and satisfaction.

Develop and articulate the product vision and strategy.

Create and execute a comprehensive product roadmap aligned with company goals.

Oversee product development initiatives from conception to launch.

Lead cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery of products.

Analyze customer feedback to drive product direction and improvements.

Monitor product performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed.

Collaborate closely with engineering, production, marketing, and sales teams to ensure seamless development, quality assurance, and release of products, while balancing resources effectively across the organization.

Qualification And Experience

RELATED YEAR OF EXPERIENCE:

Min of 10+ years of experience in leading Product Management departments in the Middle East..

YOE IN YOE IN MANAGERIAL POSITION :

Min of 2+ years of managerial experience

FIELD OF EXPERIENCE:

Customer Satisfaction: Track NPS or CSAT scores to gauge enhancement in customer experience.

Product Development Success: Monitor time-to-market, adoption rates, and user engagement for successful product launches

Technical And Interpersonal Skills

Proven track record in implementation of C&B initiatives

Excellent analytical skills, excellent MS Excel

Excellent financial skills and analysis of data

Excellent knowledge of C&B best practices

Good conflict resolution skills, communication, interpersonal and presentation skills

Strong analytical skills

Understanding of the impact of organizational culture on engagement and performance

QUALIFICATION

Bachelors / Master's Degree (or equivalent)in Business Management, Product Design, Communications or relevant field
