Position Overview
The BDE will be an important member of building the marketplace playing a critical role in bringing new key seller / Brands / categories / Buyers onto the platform. A successful Candidate will be a skilled communicator and presenter.
This position requires extensive travel across the UAE, all prospective employees must pass a background check and must have Driving license and Vehicle.


Responsibilities:
• Conduct market research to identify competition product pricing, new selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
• Manage Key customers, Seller & Brand Accounts. Also achieve sales targets through them.
• Actively seek out new sales opportunities in new categories & SKUs
• Set up meetings with potential sellers/ Brands/ Buyers and understand their requirements.
• Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services.
• Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve better results / Targets.
• Gather feedback from seller, customers or prospects and share it with internal teams.
• www.DGBusiness.com is a newly launched marketplace, Managing its Seller relationships. Sales and key customers

Alliances Management
• Find potential collaboration opportunity with OEM partners increase brand/product awareness.
• Must be experiences in Seller Management & Onboarding.
• Must Have experience in onboarding new categories
• Execute Alliance driven marketing campaigns and content management
• Formulate, evaluate, and negotiate strong and innovative marketing partnerships and advertising opportunities
• Establish a systematic process for partner outreach and relationship management.
• Build and develop commercial and strategic relationships with our key targeted partners.
• Work with internal teams to ensure that Alliance and Partnership goals are synchronized.



Requirements

Experience (Yrs & Field) : 3+ Years

Professional Certifications Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration/Marketing or Equivalent/B-Tech computer Science

Skills & Abilities:
Expert level proficiency with Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Attention to detail is a must
You are aware of the latest retail marketing trends and are IT savvy with hands on experience with marketing related software.
