Position: Finance Controller

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all financial operations of the company, including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
  • Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and best practices.
  • Monitor and analyze financial performance, identify areas for improvement, and provide strategic recommendations to senior management.
  • Prepare and present financial reports to the senior management team, highlighting key insights and trends.
  • Manage cash flow and ensure proper allocation of funds for various business activities.
  • Oversee the preparation of financial statements, tax returns, and other financial reports in compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Collaborate with other departments to develop and monitor budgets and financial plans.
  • Conduct financial analysis and provide insights to support decision-making and business growth.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external stakeholders, including banks, auditors, and tax authorities.
  • Lead and mentor a team of finance professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure their professional development.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • CPA or equivalent certification preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a finance or accounting role, with at least 2 years in a managerial position.
  • Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Experience in developing and implementing financial policies and procedures.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proven leadership and people management skills.
