Build the global banking franchise value / reputation in the market place

Increase operating income and return on risk weighted assets across allocated portfolio, successfully defending / serving existing business, in addition to originating new value added revenue streams.

Establish a holistic understanding of clients' needs and deliver innovative high-value solutions across all product lines, gaining significant business and sustainable returns for the Group

Be ambitious about providing the highest standards of delivery.

Set stretching goals for self.

Authentically engage with team, colleagues and customers to deliver at pace.

Skills & Qualifications:

Degree in Banking, Finance, Business Management, related discipline or other relevant qualifications + Credit Training.

Building and developing long term relationships including at key decision maker level for all clients.

Portfolio management skills.

Ability to gain substantial business for the group across a full range of products.
