Job description
Develop Fosroc trading activities all over EGYPT by building trading function through collecting, researching, and analyzing customer profile data (traders, suppliers, providers, retailers, wholesalers) including providing the support to sales team in delivering sales plans and strategic objectives, ensuring the milestone and goals are met and adhering to the approved budgets, towards achieving the highest calibers of Fosroc Egypt products business growth and product market expansion.
Responsibilities
Trading:
Plan and deliver overall trading strategies in EGYPT along with the sales team regarding trader’s retailers, wholesalers, distributors, including the product and pricing strategies. Improve commercial performance using data sources.
Develop and execute brand strategies to achieve business objectives and increase market share.
Collaborate with the sales team on analyzing and understanding the trends of clients, sales budget control and forecasting - identify and report on trends in trading performance and develop sales forecasts for peak trading periods
Manage brand profit and loss (P&L) from top line to bottom line, ensuring revenue targets and profitability goals are met.
Develop an in depth understanding of the trader’s requirements for all product categories, constantly reviewing category growth opportunities, trends, life of a line KPIs and size curves.
Study market research and trends to determine current demand, potential sales volumes, and effect of competitors' operations on sales
Skills required
8-10 years’ experience in sales
Experience in chemicals industry.
Proficient in English Written & Spoken.
Excellent communication skills

Educational requirements
BSC in any of Engineering, finance, business, marketing
