Responsibilities:


  • Proficient interaction with a variety of online systems
  • Effectively respond to customer requests and questions by phone, chat and email
  • Deal with and help resolve any customer complaints
  • Following operational procedures in every contact with the customer


Requirements:


  • FLUENT Arabic speaker
  • Excellent English
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong customer and service orientation
  • Customer support experience – MUST- minimum one year
