Our client is a leading financial institution based in the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC), renowned for its dynamic environment and commitment to excellence. They are now seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Officer to join the team and contribute to their continued growth and success.
- Assist with the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, resume screening, conducting interviews, and making job offers.
- Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding processes, including documentation, orientation, and exit interviews.
- Maintain employee records and HR databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Assist in managing employee benefits and payroll administration.
- Handle employee inquiries and provide general HR support, systems and payroll.
- Assist in implementing HR policies and procedures in compliance with local regulations.
- Support the performance management process, including goal setting, performance reviews, and feedback sessions.
- Collaborate with HR team members on various HR projects and initiatives.
- Stay updated with changes in employment laws and regulations in DIFC and ensure compliance.

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a similar HR role within the financial services, banking, professional services or legal sector.
- Experience in recruitment, onboarding, HR operations and payroll and systems is essential.
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations in DIFC.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR/HRIS software systems.
- Demonstrated ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with professionalism and integrity.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Professional HR certification (e.g., CIPD, SHRM) is an advantage.
- Experience working in the DIFC or a similar financial hub.
