Responsibilities:

- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or in-person with courtesy and professionalism.
- Provide accurate and timely information about our products, services, pricing, and policies.
- Assist customers with resolving any billing issues, processing returns, and placing orders.
- Resolve customer complaints and escalate complex issues when needed.
- Maintain a good understanding of our products to address customer concerns effectively.
- Process requests for refunds, exchanges, or replacements following company policies.
- Follow up with customers to make sure the satisfaction and address any additional needs.
- Work with other departments to resolve issues and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Keep thorough records of customer interactions using our CRM system.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and share feedback with management department.
Requirements:
