We're looking for a motivated Logistics Specialist with Arabic in Dubai, UAE to support our growth.

Join us on this exciting journey. We're not just looking for talented individuals, but pioneers ready to lead in the ever-changing field of renewable energy.

Key Responsibilities:

🚢 Cooperating with shipping companies and customs agencies to ensure smooth logistics operations

📑 Managing the flow of trade documents within the ERP and WMS system

📦 Controlling warehouse stock, including receipts/releases and resolving discrepancies

📊 Ensuring the accuracy of data in WMS and ERP systems and overseeing documentation circulation within the company

🌍 Collaborating with other warehouses in EMEA

🛫 Organizing domestic and international transports via road, sea, and air

📊 Preparing reports and analyses for internal needs (mainly warehouse and transport settlements)

📦 Coordinating order and delivery execution, monitoring status and delivery dates

🗃️ Acquiring and managing a contact database of suppliers in various markets within Europe,

📋 Managing the price lists, and comparison, of our partners logistics services

🤝 Maintaining close collaboration with Customer Service, Purchasing, and Sales departments

Desired Qualifications:

💼 2-3 years of experience in a similar position

🎓 Master's or Bachelor's degree in Logistics or Management (preferred)

💻 Tools: proficiency in MS Office, especially MS Excel

🗣️ Languages: fluent English and Arabic are must have!

🚚 Experience in coordination large-volume orders/container-load shipment

👩‍💼 Independence in action and excellent organizational skills

💡 Problem-solving, data analysis, and decision-making abilities

Nice to have:

🗣️ Fluent French language

💻 Familiarity with ERP system (especially MS D365)

☀️ Experience in renewable energy industry
