Eram Talent is seeking a highly skilled and experienced FM Lead to join our team for a prestigious client based in Saudi Arabia. As the FM Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the Facilities Management (FM) functions for multiple sites in Saudi Arabia. You will ensure the smooth and efficient operation of facilities, maintenance activities, and service delivery, while maintaining the highest quality standards. Responsibilities
- Review the design packages for availability, maintainability, and operability from FM perspective.
- Support the Specialist FM Design to lead the review team/consultants to conduct comprehensive FM reviews of all design packages throughout design stages, ensuring alignment with respective regulations, codes, and standards.
- Assume a hands-on role in operational readiness, within with the FM Operations team to ensure designs incorporate operational efficiency and future maintenance requirements.
- Manage the operation, maintenance of the facility & other FM aspects upon handover of the facility.
- Engage actively in design management activities, ensuring the design team aligns with project milestones and objectives.
- Contribute to the project management process beyond a design review capacity, supporting broader project goals and timelines.
- Forge strong working relationships with counterparts in all the company's Sectors/Depts., ensuring the design of each asset benefits from expert FM review and aligns with the company's strategic vision.
- Support development of scope of works and reviews of specialist design reports and studies.
- Ensure strict adherence to Design review delivery schedules and develop contingency recovery schedules.
- Actively contribute to the larger team and department goals, seeking opportunities to support and drive initiatives beyond the immediate remit of the design review process.
- Show willingness to engage in areas outside of the design to contribute to the company's FM's broader success.

- Minimum of 10 years of total experience.
- FM Operations expert with the appropriate experience in FM service delivery for large, mixed-used developments.
- An engineering degree in a relevant discipline is preferred.
- Professional registration and accreditation with applicable institute(s) and certification(s)
- Extensive experience managing FM Operations in a diverse portfolio of assets, including high rise buildings, residential, commercial, industrial, sports, marine etc.), at least 3 years of which participating in design reviews and management roles.
- Familiar with international design and maintenance regulations, codes, and standards (ASHRAE, NFPA, CIBCE, SFG20etc.) for large scale regional and urban developments. Preferably with knowledge of local KSA codes.
- Proven track record in FM design reviews, implemented through execution and operation phases.
- Proven record of Facility management and managing O&M activities.
- In-depth understanding of FM requirements as they relate to design, with proven ability to manage and prioritize multiple, design related tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent communicator, capable of communicating both verbally and written in English, with the ability to present confidently to small audiences.
- Proven ability to build professional relationships with colleagues and internal and external stakeholders alike, with interpersonal skills to build effective relationships across all levels of the organization.
- Fully computer literate, proficient in Microsoft Office applications with good knowledge of Microsoft Project, Primavera P6; familiarity with CAFM, AutoCAD & BIM is desirable.
- Ability to communicate effectively at all levels across the business.
- Influencing material specifications to increase durability, operational efficiency, reduction of downtime.
- Ensuring that any value engineering during the design stage does not adversely affect FM operational efficiency.
