Learning and Development Manager

Overview

The Learning and Development Manager is expected to oversee the below roles and responsibilities:

• Create and execute learning strategies and programs

• Evaluate individual and organizational development needs

• Implement various learning methods companywide (e.g. coaching, job-shadowing, online training)

• Design and deliver e-learning courses, workshops and other trainings

• Design and deliver leadership trainings

• Assess and evaluate trainings efficiencies

• Assess the success of development plans and help employees make the most of learning opportunities

• Help managers develop their team members through career pathing

• Track budgets and negotiate contracts

• Hire and oversee training and L&D team


Qualifications

- 10+ years of progressive career experience inclusive of 7+ years management experience or 10+ years of progressive professional experience developed through an internal succession planning process

- Experience in a large-scale MNC organization

- Consulting and in house experience would be ideal

- Healthcare experience is preferred
