Responsibilities

  • Manage the procurement lifecycle for assigned projects, including needs identification, sourcing, negotiation, contract formation, and vendor management.
  • Develop and implement procurement strategies that align with business objectives and best practices.
  • Conduct market research to identify qualified vendors and solicit bids or proposals.
  • Evaluate bids and proposals based on price, quality, terms, and conditions.
  • Negotiate contracts with vendors to secure the best possible terms for the organization.
  • Oversee contract administration, ensuring adherence to agreed-upon terms and conditions.
  • Manage supplier relationships, fostering positive and collaborative partnerships.
  • Identify and mitigate procurement risks.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry best practices and legal requirements related to procurement.

:Qualifications

  • Bachelor Degree in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
  • + 4 years of experience
