:Responsibilities

  • Create, develop ,and implement comprehensive project management plans, outlining timelines, budgets, resources, and key milestones with relevant team members.
  • Identify and manage project risks, developing mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
  • Prepare progress reports for senior management.
  • Identify the resources needed for the project and source these materials.
  • Oversee the implementation of project improvements.
  • Create management, communication plans and processes.
  • Analyze and develop procedures for management and technical duties.
  • Define project responsibilities with stakeholders.
  • Participate in how budget and staff are allocated for the project.
  • Maintain project time frames, budget estimates and status reports.
  • Analyze project performance metrics and prepare reports for senior management, highlighting key achievements and areas for improvement
  • Facilitate communication and collaboration among internal stakeholders across the Department

Qualifications

  • Bachelor degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • +4 years of experience
  • Experience in Capital Project Management
