We're hiring for "The First Manufacturing Shared Services Center" in Egypt that pertains to one of the big International companies!



We're looking for an Accounts Payable Manager to handle the following:



Key Responsibilities:





  • Managing the accounts payable service delivery: function that covers: Account payable, Invoice processing, Travel & Expenses.




  • Training and supervision of accounts payable team members. Manage and distribute the workload across the team to ensure KPIs are met.




  • Reporting on financial records and lead the month-end closing process.




  • Improve and enforce company budgets, financial policies, and processes.




  • Supervise routine tasks like processing payroll & T/E process.




  • Build and foster relationships with staff, suppliers, shareholders, and clients. Client management, stakeholder management.





Key requirements:




  • 8+ years of experience in Accounts Payable function

  • Shared Services Center experience is a MUST

  • Fluent English

  • SAP knowledge & hands-on experience is a MUST

  • People management experience for at least 2 years

  • Excellent communication & leadership competencies

  • Go-getter mindset

  • Ability to establish the function from scratch

  • A leader who can set a strategy & ensure its implementation
