Position Summary

The Distribution Supervisor is responsible for warehouse operations at 3PL WHs. Taking the lead in improvement projects, reporting and planning warehouse volumes across sites while ensuring Nestlé safety standards are followed and maintained in the 3PL environment.

A DAY IN THE LIFE …

• Lead the Weekly Operations Reviews, reviewing & challenging 3PL KPI's such as the outbound SLA/dock to stock.
• Ensure projection throughout the year is manageable vs our storage capacity across sites.
• Plan for weekly storage volumes across different 3PL sites to ensure efficiency & utilization.
• Lead daily/weekly GEMBAs in 3PL sites to cultivate the safety mindset, ensure Nestlé standards are implemented, and investigate any incidents/issues.
• Analyze and report the logistics KPIs dashboard, while ensuring it is up to date.
• Review monthly DF of storage & handling & 3PL invoice validation.
• Lead savings initiatives for FDE spend, track ongoing projects & upload monthly data on OSCAR.
  
  

What Will Make You Successful…

• Bachelor’s degree preferably in Supply Chain or Engineering.
• 3+ years of experience in Supply Chain, specifically in warehousing or transportation.
• A good understanding of SAP.
• Demonstrated ability to successfully lead projects.
