Role Requirements

• Work closely with data engineers and software developers to integrate analytical models into production systems.

Audience Segmentation

• Accuracy and effectiveness of audience segmentation models.

Data Processing Efficiency

• Timeliness and accuracy of data processing pipelines for real-time bidding.
• Reduction in latency in processing ad requests and delivering targeted ads
  
  

Compliance and Data Privacy

• Adherence to data protection regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA) in ad targeting and data handling practices.
• Implementation of privacy-preserving techniques in ad personalization.
  
  

Your Profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, statistics, mathematics, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Data Scientist or similar role with a track record of successfully delivering data-driven solutions in a business environment.
• Proficiency in programming languages and experience with data manipulation and analysis libraries.
• Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms and techniques, including supervised and unsupervised learning, deep learning, and reinforcement learning.
• Hands-on experience with data visualization tools to effectively communicate complex data insights.
• Solid knowledge of statistical methods and concepts, with the ability to apply them to real-world problems.
• Experience working with big data technologies.
