Your Tasks And Responsibilities

  • Able to help with general admin topics with DX Engineers and professionals.
  • Support application Specialists in system programs
  • Help with travel arrangements.
  • CSE password generation: On monthly basis generate passwords to the BPs
  • EP evaluator data capture
  • Stock control / spare parts
  • Invoicing: in training center CI, send invoices
  • Monitor project progress and ensure that all milestones are met on time and within budget
  • Identify potential risks and develop contingency plans to mitigate them
  • Communicate project status updates to stakeholders at all levels of the organization
  • Manage project teams, including assigning tasks, providing guidance and support, and evaluating performance
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
  • Provide regular projects status reports (monthly, quarterly, and annual) , financial forecasting, and inventory monitoring.
  • Ensuring company standards and procedures are followed.

Your Qualifications And Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or similar field
  • 0-2 years of experience in similar role
  • Excellent written and verbal English
  • Has brief knowledge in medical diagnostics.
  • Has experience particularly in coordination & cooperation with multinational environment within the Gulf Region.
  • Understand the required level of confidentiality that the job requires.
  • Excel in the usage of MS Office, specifically MS Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

This is a paid internship.
