To Develop & implement the retail roadmap, organization, processes and tools to operate successfully our retail business in cooperation with Group’s key functions.
Partner with L’Oréal Business managers to define and implement the Group’s/ Zone’s/Country’s Retail strategy, assessing the opportunities and the risks involved.
Define and implement the cross-functional organization and ways of working to successfully implement the retail strategy/roadmap
Manage and leverage real estate, property management and opening processes and cost efficiencies to optimize our investment in Retail
Implement retail standards and practices, tools, systems and controls (in partnership with key functions) to optimize store performance, drive efficiency and control risk
Work with HR to build retail HR tools and capabilities to support the business and develop a ‘Retail talent’ strategy
Animate the retail community to foster a common vision, shared objectives and accountability for retail initiatives
Ensure data privacy compliance in Retail
Job Requirements
10 to 12 years of Experience in retail management or another related field.
Bachelor's degree in business administration or another related field.
English Language proficiency.
Strong stakeholder management & communication skills.
