Role Description

This is a full-time senior sales role at Ramatan Developments. The Senior Sales professional will be responsible for day-to-day tasks such as conducting sales activities, managing customer relationships, providing excellent customer service, and offering training and support to the sales team. This is a hybrid role, with the majority of work based in Cairo, Egypt, but with flexibility for some remote work.


Qualifications

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Prior experience in sales, preferably in the real estate industry
  • Strong customer service orientation
  • Ability to provide training and mentorship to sales team members
  • Proven track record in sales management
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Good in English and Arabic
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
