ABOUT YOUR NEW JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Support the business in relation to commercial and other transactions, including drafting, negotiation, and review of relevant documentation/agreements.
• Draft, review and negotiate all kind of agreements.
• Participate in negotiations with stakeholders, business partners and customers, when needed.
• Advise the business and all functions on all legal issues, including civil, commercial, antitrust, corporate, labor, data protection and all laws relevant to the industry.
• Continuously improve standard templates, agreements, and legal processes to help scale-up commercial transactions and deliver growth.
• Ensure compliance with All internal policies.
• Draft/review minutes of Board of Directors and General Assembly meetings and liaising certification of minutes with regulators.
• Prepare legal documentation requiring Board of Directors' approval including contracts, resolutions and ensure proper maintenance and management of corporate registers.
• Monitor new/changes of laws and regulations.
ARE THSES YOUR SECERET INGRIDENTS:
• Education: Bachelor's degree in law (a master’s degree in law or otherwise is an asset).
• Minimum working experience: +5 years of work experience in reputable law firms and/or multinational corporates.
Knowledge, skills, competencies:
• Language: Fluent in Arabic and English, both written and spoken.
• IT: Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook and PPT).
• Membership: Admitted to the Egyptian Bar Association.
Skills:
• Strong drafting and negotiation skills.
• Demonstrate very strong oral communication skills.
• Sound knowledge of legal principles and applicable regulatory regime.
• A keen sense of ownership, and highly adaptable to a fast-changing environment.
