Job Description

Key Accountabilities


  • Carry out Quantity Surveying tasks on assigned projects.
  • Bill of Quantities preparation, value engineering and cost management for assigned projects as may be necessary
  • Tracking of procurement to ensure tender packages have been prepared and contract awards have been made for all elements of assigned projects
  • Support the overview of the quality, level of coordination and completeness of the documents (Bill of Quantities and general conditions of contracts) for contractor tender documents and support the commercial department in procuring the most suitable contractors and suppliers.
  • Receive invoices from contractors, suppliers and consultants contracted by direct works order, review contents and process interim payment certificates
  • Carry out regular site inspections of works progress and quality compliance verification documentation
  • Support coordination with Design Managers and Project Managers for appropriate resolution of QS issues.
  • Prepare project costs, cash flow and QS reports including estimating reports, cost reports, cost trend reports, variance reports, status of final account, etc.


Qualifications And Experience

Minimum Qualification


  • Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying or Civil Engineering


Minimum Experience


  • Minimum 5 years of experience with background on high-rise projects
