Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Recruiter to join our organization. As a Recruiter, you will play a vital role in identifying, attracting, and hiring talented individuals who align with our company's values and objectives. You will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to conducting interviews and extending job offers. Key Responsibilities

  • Talent Acquisition: Utilize various recruitment channels, such as job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals, to source and attract qualified candidates for open positions.
  • Candidate Screening: Review resumes and applications, conduct initial phone screens, and evaluate candidate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
  • Interviewing: Conduct in-depth interviews, both in person and virtually, to assess candidates' competencies, experience, and potential for success within the organization.
  • Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and stakeholders to effectively manage expectations and provide a positive candidate experience.
  • Applicant Tracking: Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) to manage candidate data, track recruitment metrics, and ensure compliance with data protection regulations.
  • Onboarding Support: Provide assistance and support during the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.

Skills, Knowledge And Expertise

  • Proven work experience as a Recruiter or in a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong knowledge of full-cycle recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to effectively manage multiple open positions simultaneously.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and results-oriented approach.
  • Familiarity with employment laws, regulations, and best practices in recruitment and selection.
  • High level of confidentiality and professionalism.
