Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Associate at Egyptian Nile Tours located in Cairo. The Sales Associate will be responsible for handling sales inquiries and providing excellent customer service. The role will involve promoting and selling tour packages, coordinating with clients, and preparing sales reports.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong sales and negotiation skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of the tourism industry
• Fluency in Arabic and English
• Experience in customer service is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
