Retail Operations Director

An executive recruiter is looking for a Retail Operations Director to join a leading property development company based in Dubai, UAE. The desired candidate will be developing strategies, goals and evaluating performance. They will be handling the entire asset management, property management and day to day operations of the facilities.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Manage business strategies and identifies new opportunities.
• Maintain and foster relation with business partners and uphold standards.
• Promote innovation and productivity.
• Entire P&L.
• Day to day operations.
• Liaising with tenants & occupants.
• Ensuring, maintaining and Developing Assets.
• Responsible for Property Management.
• Tenant Management.

Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant studies.
• 15 years’ experience, and at least 5 years relevant experience in mall or retail operations.
• Proven track record in UAE or GCC experience is required.
