Your tasks

• Ensure international and cross-border shipments from origin to destination are arranged and completed on time and within budgeted cost
• Prepare quotations for specialized shipments
• Communicate and follow up with couriers, regarding shipments
• Prepare and execute all documentation in-line with customs requirements for each country of delivery
• Support on queries from LCS Coordinators, Project Managers, and Sales teams
• Coordinate with 3PL warehouse for accuracy of shipments and inventory control
• Be the champion for logistics excellence, work closely with Operations Analyst to finalize logistics dashboard and operations review routines.
  
  

Your profile

• Graduate with 2 to 3 years of experience in a similar position
• Extensive knowledge of customs regulations, directives, and standards of MENA countries
• Expert knowledge of SAP and MS Office applications
• Fluent in English & Arabic
• Excellent time management, communication, and negotiation skills
• Exceptional customer service and client relations skills
• Quick critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
