Kraft Heinz is looking for Procurement Analyst to support the business decisions, ensure smooth procurement process (contract analysis, on time payments, rebates/credit notes booking, logistics follow up, supplier creation process, collaboration with buyers and locating key suppliers).

Our ideal candidate is an energetic, teammate with excellent interpersonal skills, strong communication skills, and someone who is detail oriented!

What you will do?

  • Handling suppliers on time payment


Sharing the daily GR.

Treating blockage invoices by coordinating with the finance team.

Handling suppliers outstanding.

Solving any supplier issues with finance team.

  • Support logistics team by handling foreign suppliers, identifying and finalizing mandatory importation process requirements efficiently and on time.
  • Financial booking of rebates/Credit notes, etc.
  • Provide new supplier selection recommendation, being responsible for the new supplier’s creation process.
  • Maintains vendor and supplier performance, and monitors compliance with company policies.
  • Research and evaluate vendors to ensure the best pricing, quality, and service.
  • Support the compliance team by supervising the contracts and archive it.
  • Manages the procurement process to ensure materials, services, and contracts are delivered in an efficient manner
  • Working with both parties Kraft Heinz and the supplier quality team to treat any quality issue.
  • Recommend methods of procurement and contract management, plan and coordinate procurement activities.
  • Analyzing market trends to negotiating with suppliers.
  • Perform cost/price analysis on contractor proposals and make recommendations to the negotiators.
  • Ensure security, integrity, and confidentiality of data.


What you bring?

Education University degree

Work Experience

2-3 years in financial, procurement, logistics background preferable

knowledge of processes and procedures across the procurement function

Language Knowledge Excellent Spoken and written Arabic. English intermediate or higher.

Excel proficiency

Basic Power BI

Oracle key user & reportings

Ability to work independently and contribute in a collaborative environment
