Key Accountabilities

  • Welcome and guide customers as they enter the store.
  • Provide accurate information regarding product features, pricing, and after-sales services.
  • Address customer inquiries about specific products or services.
  • Assist customers in comparing prices and features to facilitate their purchasing decisions.
  • Recommend complementary products to enhance the customer's shopping experience.
  • Ensure shelves and racks are adequately stocked with merchandise.
  • Manage merchandise returns efficiently and according to company policies.
  • Collaborate with the Retail Sales Representatives team to deliver exceptional customer service, especially during peak periods.
  • Inform customers about discounts, promotions, and special offers.
  • Gather and convey customer feedback to the Store Manager for continuous improvement.
  • Stay updated on the latest products and services offered by the store.
  • Receive deliveries, unload, and scan merchandise, then promptly arrange them on the sales floor.
  • Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the assigned department, including displays, pricing accuracy, and inventory organization.
  • Conduct periodic physical inventory checks as required.
  • Reserve items as instructed by management.
  • Prepare and manage displays for promotional items.
  • Strictly adhere to company regulations and procedures at all times.

Knowledge, Skills, And Experience

  • Proven work experience as a Retail Sales Representative, Sales Associate or similar role.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field is a plus.
  • Understanding of the retail sales process.
  • Familiarity with consumer behavior principles.
  • Knowledge of inventory stocking procedures.
  • Basic math skills.
  • Track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of building trusting relationships.
  • Ability to perform in fast-paced environments.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts.
