Responsibilities

  • Installing new software and hardware components.
  • Applying network administration tasks.
  • Administer network and data security, including directory, group policy, firewalls, antivirus, email security, etc.
  • Installing, Configuring, and maintaining VOIP servers and equipment.
  • Resolving all issues coworkers have with their IT systems and software.
  • Supporting the day-to-day operations of our computer network.
  • Resolving logged errors in a timely manner.
  • Monitoring hardware, software, and system performance metrics.
  • Updating computer software. as well as upgrading hardware and systems.
  • Keeping track of technological advancements and trends in IT support.
  • Provide training to new employees and other training sessions as required.
  • Educating coworkers about network security and best practices for computer usage.

Requirements

  • BSc degree in Information Technology or equivalent.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of work experience in an IT role as a full-time job.
  • preferred who has experience in Call Center industry.
  • Experience in Microsoft networks(Domain).
  • Experience in VOIP servers and equipment configuration & maintenance.
  • Experience in Cloud Applications is a plus.
