  • Coordinating the sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents and communicating relevant information.
  • Respond to complaints from customers and give after-sales support when requested.
  • Responding to complaints from customers and giving after-sales support when requested.
  • Ensure the adequacy of sales-related equipment or material.
  • Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness.
  • Preparing Quotes, and proforma invoices and Executing Sales Orders, preparing month-end Invoicing.
  • Sales v/s Performance reporting, tracking orders, and communicating to customers promptly with the updates of their order.
  • Sound knowledge in IT distribution with a minimum of 2-3 years is a must.
  • Knowledge of CRM function.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales; experience as a sales coordinator or in other administrative positions will be considered a plus.
  • Basic product knowledge on Backup Storage, Servers and Networking.
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills such as Vlook up, HLook up, Pivot is a must.
  • Knowledge in ZOHO, SAP is a must.
  • Proficiency in English.
  • Well organized and responsible with an attitude to problem-solving.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • A team player with a high level of dedication.
  • Minimum education - Bachelors degree is a must.
