Job Summary:


The Business Development Executive will be responsible for supporting the hospital's growth objectives through strategic planning, market research, and relationship building.


Drive the company’s brand and public image while developing strategies to promote services and specialties


Responsibilities


  • Develop and execute marketing plans to meet customer needs
  • Manage campaigns from start to finish, including budgeting, tracking performance, and analyzing results
  • Create strategies for increasing customer engagement through social media platforms
  • Develop promotional materials such as videos, graphics, web content, emails, etc.
  • Monitor competitor activity and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Track marketing performance using analytics tools such as Google Analytics
  • Present findings from analytics data to senior management
  • Assist in the development of marketing plans and strategies
  • Monitor customer trends and analyze customer feedback
  • Support product launches with effective marketing tactics
  • Work with internal teams to develop promotional material
  • Analyze market data to inform decisions on campaigns
  • Manage budgets and optimize campaigns for maximum ROI
  • Monitor competitor activity and develop counter strategies
  • Strong analytical skills with an eye for detail
  • Knowledge of digital marketing tools & techniques
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team


Qualifications


  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business Management.
  • 3 - 4 years' prior industry related business development experience
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven knowledge and execution of successful development strategies.
