Junior Corporate Associate - International Firm - Dubai

Our client is looking to grow thier team with the hire of a 1-3 PQE Corporate Associate for their Dubai Corporate Practice.

𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:

✅1-3 years PQE
✅Ideally common law qualified (UK, US, SA, NZ, AUS)
✅Must have experience working and training at an international or leading regional law firm within the Corporate Practice
✅Experience advising clients across a variety of sectors on cross border transactions, drafting and negotiating various agreements, and restructuring and regulatory matters.
✅Regional experience is beneficial but not essential and candidates open to relocation are encouraged to apply.
