Our client is a global pioneer in Web3 and digital insurance.
We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic individuals to join their Business Development team.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the Web3 financial industry.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including insurance brokers, agents, and other industry professionals.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs in the context of web 3 technologies.
- Prepare and deliver presentations to potential clients, highlighting the value proposition of our client’s insurance products and service .
- Negotiate and finalize business agreements, ensuring mutually beneficial terms and conditions for all parties involved.
- Track and report on business development activities, including progress towards targets.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
- Proven 2-8 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management within the insurance or Web3 industry, with a track record of achieving targets and driving revenue growth.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders, including clients, partners, and internal teams.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate complex concepts and tailor messages to different audiences.
- Strategic thinker with analytical capabilities to identify market opportunities, assess risks, and develop actionable plans, with a deep understanding of web 3 technologies.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making, particularly in the context of web 3 innovations.
- Strong sales skills, including negotiation, persuasion, and closing techniques, with a demonstrated ability to drive revenue growth.
