Job Role

Prepares employees to accomplish job results by planning, conducting, and evaluating technical training

Job Responsibilities

  • Develop Technical training content for Engineers & Team Leaders.
  • Ensure efficient implementation for the development plan according to the technical training SOP.
  • Prepare a monthly presentation about his training activities progress
  • Propose new ideas for enhancing & developing the provided technical development services.
  • Provide support in the TNA process for the Technical Training for the Engineers & Team Leaders.
  • Responsible for delivering 5 days monthly ‘’ on the job development’’ for his account.
  • Responsible for delivering technical training at Polaris for his account.
  • Responsible for the technical training calendar planning for his account.


Education

Bachelor Degree in Engineering

Required Qualifications & Skills

Minimum Experience:

3-5 years of experience in Service Technical Support or as an Engineer.

Job specific Skills:

  • Technical Service experience at Automotive
  • High level of analysis
  • Highly competent in computer skills
  • Highly competent in communicating effectively
  • Innovative.
