We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced call center trainer to join UPGRADE. As the call center training specialist, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth by overseeing and optimizing our business development agents’ performance. Your leadership skills, strategic thinking, and expertise in training will be essential in improving call center agents’ performance.

How your day will look like:

  • Executing a comprehensive training program and Ensuring in-depth knowledge of the assigned client's products for the call center agents.
  • Onboard and train new call center agents ensuring their full understandability of Upgrade’s purpose and company rules.
  • Identify areas for improvements for existing agents to help elevate their skills over calls.
  • Equip existing call center agents with the latest skills and knowledge, while boosting their overall effectiveness
  • Collaborating with the founders and HR team on implementing improvements and nurturing the company culture.
  • Monitor and report Trainees’ performance and conduct coaching sessions whenever required.
  • Create and update daily adherence sheets ensuring trainees’ strict adherence to assigned schedules.
  • Onboarding the successful trainees to the operations and assisting with their performance monitoring and coaching for the first month.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in call center training with a minimum of 2 years experience is a MUST.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • A team player with the ability to motivate and coach team members.
  • A passion for Training and leaving a positive impact while leading by example.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft and using digital tools and data analysis
  • Possession of a fast and responsive laptop and suitable setup to conduct training on Zoom.
