About The Job
We are seeking ambitious and energetic Senior UX/UI Designers to join our team in Cairo.
The primary purpose of the role is to design stunning user-centered digital platforms as well as complex applications, services, and products from various sectors and industries.
What You'll Do
❏ Facilitate the client’s product vision by researching, benchmarking, sketching, prototyping, and user-testing experiences for digital products.
❏ Participate in design thinking workshops with clients to establish a shared understanding.
❏ Collaborate with other team members and stakeholders.
❏ Understand business requirements and any technical limitations.
❏ Make strategic design and user-experience decisions related to core and new functions and features.
❏ Identify design problems and devise user-friendly and stunning solutions.
❏ Translate concepts and user stories into user flows, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes that lead to intuitive user experiences.
❏ Create cutting-edge visual design concepts for digital products.
❏ Create new design systems and scale existing ones.
متطلبات الوظيفة
❏ Have 5+ years of experience in digital agencies as a UX/UI designer.
❏ Possess knowledge and implementation of end-to-end UX and UI design processes.
❏ Have experience in using UX design best practices in designing solutions, and a deep understanding of mobile-first and responsive design.
❏ Are a creative thinker and multitasker with strong attention to detail.
❏ Have strong knowledge in design and collaboration software (Figma, Sketch, Miro, etc.).
❏ Fluent in English and possess excellent organizational, presentation, and written communication skills.
❏ Have a strong design portfolio with case studies.
❏ Can work under pressure and are open to receiving feedback.
