About the role:
As a Technical Lead at Dsquares, you will be responsible for providing technical leadership and guidance to a team of developers. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement software solutions, ensuring they align with best practices and meet business requirements. In addition, you will collaborate with stakeholders, contribute to architectural decisions, and mentor team members to achieve high-quality code delivery.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Lead and guide a team of software developers, providing technical expertise and support.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and stakeholders to gather requirements and define project scope.
- Design and develop software solutions that meet business needs and adhere to best practices and industry standards.
- Mentor and coach team members, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented environment.
- Conduct code reviews and ensure code quality, maintainability, and scalability.
- Provide technical guidance and contribute to architectural decisions.
- Identify technical issues and challenges, and propose effective solutions.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, and apply them to enhance software development processes and products.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and address their technical requirements.

Required Skills & Abilities:
- Proven experience as a Technical Lead or similar role, providing technical leadership and guidance to a development team.
- Strong technical skills: proficiency in : C#, .NET, ASP.NET MVC, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, SQL Server.
- Experience with software development methodologies and best practices (e.g., agile, scrum, TDD).
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
- Good understanding of software architecture and design principles.
- Experience in mentoring and coaching team members.
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in software development.
- Prior experience in a technical leadership role.
