Prestigious and renowned hotel in Dubai, known for its exceptional dining experiences and world-class service. We are looking for passionate and professional individuals to join our Food & Beverage team as Waiters/Waitresses.
Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional service to guests in our elegant restaurants and bars, ensuring a memorable dining experience.
- Take orders, serve food and beverages with grace and efficiency, and maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Possess a thorough knowledge of the menu and beverage list, confidently recommending dishes and beverages to guests.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and a friendly, courteous demeanor at all times.
- Anticipate guest needs, proactively addressing any requests or concerns.
- Adhere to all food safety and hygiene regulations.
- Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment.
- Minimum of 1 years of experience working as a Waiter/Waitress in a high-end restaurant or hotel setting.
- Proven ability to provide excellent customer service and create a memorable dining experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and approachable personality.
- Pleasant appearance and a professional demeanor.
- Excellent spoken English.
- Competitive salary of $850 per month, plus bonuses for knowledge of other languages and tips.
