Job Overview

To provide a range of secretarial and administrative support services to the Group Wealth Advisory. Manage Department Payment processing, system request and Staff Travel arrangements etc. To act as a first and central point of contact for visitors/ callers and provide representative of the department. Coordinate and arrange meeting and make all necessary arrangements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and organize travel arrangements, including booking itineraries/venues/hotels in a most time and cost effective way.
  • Coordinate and arrange meetings
  • Providing ongoing administrative and secretarial assistance pertaining to document control. Handle department’s documents in a confidential and systematic way. Diarize meetings and make all necessary arrangements for holding meetings.
  • Housekeeping Monitoring.
  • IT Support Coordination.
  • Printer/Scanner/Telephone trouble shooting coordination.
  • Purchasing I procurement for the department.
  • Payment Processing.
  • Arranging Computer access, IT related needs, stationery requests and expenditure claims of staff (coordinating and managing the needs of all new joiners i.e. work station,computer,internet access,NT login ID and Group Compliance folder access
  • Act as a first point of contact for Screening and handling all the visitors/callers (internal & external) and staff in order to optimize effective use of managerial time while ensuring a professional customer friendly image.
  • Assist Team Heads in preparing and formatting documents, report and presentation as and when needed.

Skills And Experience

  • Experience in secretarial role
  • Strong Computer skills including knowledge of word processing spreadsheet and database applications.
