state-of-the-art electric drivetrain solutions. You will work with world-class technology

veterans from MIT, Intel, and General Motors to build a venture with transformative potential.

ABOUT THE ROLE:

As a Senior Direct Procurement Specialist, you will play a vital role in the Supply Chain

team, ensuring seamless fulfilment of direct requirements and efficient sourcing of new direct

items. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Procurement Execution: Actively execute procurement tasks to fulfil direct


requirements and source new direct items efficiently until delivery in the warehouse.

  • System Updates: Ensure all system updates and processes are completed timely


and accurately.

  • Supplier Management: Identify, evaluate, and manage relationships with suppliers of


direct materials.

  • Cost Negotiation: Negotiate contracts, prices, and terms with suppliers to secure the


most favorable agreements.

  • Quality Assurance: Ensure the quality of purchased materials meets company


standards and production requirements.

  • Inventory Management: Coordinate with production and inventory teams to maintain


optimal stock levels.

  • Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends, new suppliers, and


cost-saving opportunities.

  • Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks related to the supply chain and material


availability.

  • Process Improvement: Continuously improve procurement processes to enhance


efficiency and reduce costs.

  • Compliance and Reporting: Ensure compliance with industry regulations and


company policies, and prepare procurement reports.

  • Supplier Performance: Monitor and evaluate supplier performance to ensure timely


delivery and quality standards are met.

YOU HAVE:

  • Minimum 3 years of direct materials procurement experience, ideally in


manufacturing, preferably automotive.

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain


Management, or Logistics.

  • Ownership mentality with high integrity.

  • Strategic, proactive, and adaptable.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and customer-centric mindset.
  • Proficient in negotiation and sourcing strategies.
  • Excellent time management and prioritization skills.
  • Organized and detail-oriented.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills, adaptable to various audiences.
  • Experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP.
