About the job

Responsibilities:

  • Prospect and qualify new merchants, identifying their business needs and how Seena pay can benefit them.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing merchant accounts.
  • Present Seena pay's installment processing solutions effectively, highlighting the advantages of faster access to funds and increased sales.
  • Negotiate and close sales contracts with new merchants.
  • Assist with onboarding new merchants, ensuring a smooth integration with Seena pay's platform.
  • Manage and develop a strong sales pipeline, consistently identifying and pursuing qualified leads.
  • Contribute to achieving assigned sales targets and overall team and company goals.
  • Track and analyze sales performance data to identify areas for improvement.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and competitor offerings to maintain a competitive edge.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the financial services or payments industry (a plus, but not mandatory).
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build rapport and connect with potential clients.
  • Eagerness to learn and a desire to succeed in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and a willingness to learn CRM software.
