We're seeking a Technical Coordinator to join our team in Egypt.

Responsibilities:

• Conducting Technical Proof of Concepts and Demos for customers and internal stakeholders.
• Orchestrating the responses for technical inquiries and feature requirements from the customer and across the Engineering and Product teams
• Coordinate, track product adoption in the designated region.
• Orchestrating the resolution of product issues with the different support teams.
• Reporting project reports to the management
• Conducting market research on competitive products.
