Operations Director - AI Vista

Position Overview:

As the Operations Director, you will be responsible for overseeing all operational aspects of this newly launched AIGC product. You will play a critical role in ensuring the products success by managing its day-to-day operations, optimizing processes, and leading a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the operational strategy and execution for AI Vista, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
• Manage and scale the operations team, including hiring, training, and performance management.
• Develop and implement efficient processes to maximize productivity and ensure the highest quality of service.
• Collaborate with product management, engineering, and user growth teams to enhance product offerings and customer satisfaction.
• Monitor and report on operational performance, making data-driven decisions to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
• Manage budgets and forecasts, ensuring resources are allocated optimally to support business priorities.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Master’s degree preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management of internet business, preferably AI related industry.
• Proven track record of leading operations and teams in a high-growth environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a demonstrated ability to drive operational excellence.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, capable of motivating and leading a diverse team.
• Knowledge of the latest trends in artificial intelligence and generative content is highly desirable.
