Responsibilities:

Collect, process, and analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
Develop and implement data collection systems and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and data quality.
Interpret data, analyze results using statistical techniques, and provide ongoing reports.
Create and maintain dashboards and visualizations to present data in an understandable and actionable manner.
Work with management to prioritize business and information needs.
Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets.
Filter and “clean” data by reviewing computer reports, printouts, and performance indicators to locate and correct code problems.
Develop predictive models and algorithms to support business objectives.
Collaborate with various departments to understand their data needs and provide tailored data solutions.
Ensure data integrity and accuracy by performing regular data audits.
Stay updated with the latest data analytics trends and tools.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Information Management, or Statistics.
Proven experience as a Data Analyst or similar role.
Strong knowledge of and experience with reporting packages (Business Objects, etc.), databases (SQL, etc.), and programming (XML, JavaScript, or ETL frameworks).
Proficiency in using statistical tools and software (e.g., R, Python, SAS) for data analysis.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
