Black & Grey HR is actively recruiting for a leading provider of aluminium and steel construction solutions in the Middle East. They specialise in structural fabrication and construction, with a strong presence in the region. Our client is looking for a Production Manager who will manage and lead the entire production team, including assigning tasks, providing coaching, and fostering a positive and productive work environment. Other Responsibilities are

  • Develop and implement comprehensive production plans and schedules, considering material availability, resource allocation, and lead times.
  • Oversee all aspects of the manufacturing process, from raw material procurement and inventory control to final product inspection and shipping.
  • Implement and enforce strict adherence to quality control procedures and specifications throughout production.
  • Continuously identify and implement opportunities for process improvement, production efficiency, and cost optimization.
  • Analyse production data to identify trends, address bottlenecks, and ensure smooth operation.
  • Maintain accurate production records and reports, including production volume, quality control data, and machine performance metrics.
  • Collaborate effectively with engineering, sales, and procurement departments to ensure seamless project execution and client satisfaction.
  • Manage and maintain a safe working environment in accordance with company safety protocols and regulations.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews for team members and provide ongoing feedback and development opportunities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in production management within a manufacturing environment.
  • Proven track record of successfully leading and motivating production teams to achieve targets.
  • In-depth knowledge of quality control procedures and best practices in aluminium and glass manufacturing.
  • Experience with project management and scheduling is a plus.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems is a strong asset.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines consistently.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
