About the role:

We are looking for a high-energy and action-oriented candidate to drive a broad spectrum of HR initiatives in Egypt as a first phase and then to our regional locations in India, Jordan and KSA as well. Reporting to the CEO, this role is a strong partner for Altivate’s commercial and delivery teams and will be working in alignment with HR Operations and Talent Acquisition to ensure the successful delivery of HR programs and initiatives across the organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Be a trusted advisor supporting team members to drive, formulate and implement HR strategies and initiatives that align with the business need.
  • Ensure consistent application of HR policies / procedures and local laws and practices. Educate, coach and support line managers in people topics.
  • Execute HR programs and processes, manage multiple priorities concurrently through strong project management, systems knowledge, and effective communications.
  • Execute the delivery of Talent Management & Organizational Effectiveness programs such as Performance Management Process, Management Succession & Development, Global Employee Opinion Survey, etc.
  • Responsible for the implementation and/or coordination of applicable training programs Lead employee engagement initiatives and cultural programs, special projects and related duties, as assigned


Requirements:

  • 7+ years of HR generalist experience preferrable in Technology related employers.
  • Demonstrated skills in leadership, integration, facilitation, and complex problem solving Strong customer service skills including ability to diffuse challenging situations.
  • Ability to work effectively in an environment of change and manage multiple priorities concurrently through strong project management, systems knowledge, and effective communication.
  • Knowledge of general HR policies, procedures, and HR leading practices regulations.
  • Fluent written and spoken English and Arabic skills
