Skill Farm Members are invited to apply for the following role:

Roles & Responsibilities:

Lead and manage a team of KYC specialists with regards to ongoing reviews of existing accounts both periodically and upon trigger to ensure that regulatory and Compliance requirements are met

Manage the team in identifying, verifying, documenting, and escalating any irregularities/gaps and where exceptions are identified that they are approved as per delegated authorities

Ensure that the Team conducts thorough Customer Risk Assessments based on customer profiles, transactional activity, and other relevant factors to determine the appropriate level of due diligence required

Work closely with the Business and other stakeholders to support the review process of the Business Banking Customers and to explain/coordinate the require Support checkers by reviewing cases and monitoring TAT of Reviewed cases

Regular MI and trend analysis to be provided to Senior Management to enable risk appetite decisions

Oversee the KYC teams and control functions within the team

Engage with RMs/Business on feedback and case management

Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in any field

The incumbent will have at a min of 8-10 years of banking experience with at least 4 years of experience in carrying out CDD reviews.

UAE experience preferred with an understanding of local corporates/structures etc.

At least 3 to 5 years managing teams preferably in KYC/CDD/Compliance related Operations

Must be from Compliance and Operations background with knowledge of CDD/KYC and other regulatory requirements.
