We are looking for an experienced Partner Sales Director Middle East to join our Global Partnerships team. You’ll support Tuum’s growth by developing and nurturing strategic relationships with our technology and consulting partners, as well as system integrators.

What you'll be doing

  • Drive growth by developing strategic relationships with consulting partners, system integrators and technology partners such as BCG, McKinsey, Deloitte, Accenture and the like
  • Develop go-to-market strategies to optimise sales delivery to ensure that there is a constant pipeline of opportunities
  • Build an ecosystem of partners and team up with cloud service providers, leading global and regional consulting companies, as well as local product partners / system integrators to increase pipeline and lead conversion
  • Work with a combination of consulting firms and system integrators and provide training, enablement and support to drive account growth and delivery
  • Focus on the continuous improvement of partner experience, investing in our platform, the programme and learning journeys
  • Develop and launch a partner program, lead the partner planning process, enable and grow partnerships across multiple territories
  • Provide guidance to partner prospects, build a mutual business plan and go-to-market strategy, coordinate partner trainings, both with sales and technical focus
