Talent 360 is hiring IT Specialist to join our stars team :
Job Description :
- Troubleshoot and resolve software issues, including operating system errors, application malfunctions, and network connectivity problems.
- Perform routine maintenance on laptops, including software updates, virus removal, and system optimizations.
- Replace defective or damaged laptop components with new parts.
- Document all repairs and services performed in the ticketing system.
- Provide technical support and guidance to users on best practices for laptop care and maintenance.
- Ensure all repairs are completed in a timely and efficient manner.
- Maintain an inventory of spare parts and tools necessary for laptop repairs.
- Bachelor's degree in IT or related field preferred.
- Proven experience in laptop repair and technical support.
- Strong knowledge of laptop hardware components and software systems.
- Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing a wide range of laptop issues.
- Familiarity with various operating systems (Windows, macOS)
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in repairs.
- Working days : 3 Days per week
- Working hours : From 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM
- Work location : Nasr City
