Talent 360 is hiring Data Entry / Call Center Agent for a salary Survey for 3 Months " Project Based "

Job Description :

  • Accurately input salary survey data into our database systems with a high degree of precision.
  • Conduct phone surveys to gather salary information from employees, employers, and other stakeholders.
  • Verify the accuracy and completeness of data received from various sources to ensure data integrity.
  • Maintain and update the salary survey database, ensuring all information is current and correctly categorized.
  • Conduct regular checks and audits of entered data to ensure consistency and accuracy.
  • Assist in generating reports and summaries from the entered data as required by the project team.
  • Handle sensitive salary information with the utmost confidentiality and integrity.
  • Work closely with the HR and Data Analysis teams to understand data requirements and ensure alignment with project goals.
  • Identify and correct data discrepancies and inconsistencies.


Job Requirements:

  • Associate’s degree in business, data management, or related field preferred.
  • Prior experience in data entry or call center roles, preferably within HR or related fields
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel) and familiarity with database management software.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills for conducting phone surveys and good written communication skills for data entry
  • Exceptional accuracy and attention to detail in data entry and verification.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information discreetly.


Work Conditions :

  • Working Hours : From 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM
  • Working days : From Sun - Thu
  • Work Location : Nasr City - Hybrid
